Cotabato City Mayor Muslimin G. Sema acknowledged multi-scetoral commitments to the city’s garbage program and has once again pressed for the no-nonsense implementation of “Tapat ko, Linisin ko” during the Garbage Summit held January 27 at Casa Blanca Restaurant.
In his remarks, Sema made it a point that since garbage problem has been a reality in all urbanizing places, dealing with it must be the concern of all starting from the households.
