The city will be in festive mood as the annual Shariff Kabunsuan Festival will be celebrated again on December 19 with unique pomp and elegance of the Ginakit flotilla in the Rio Grande de Mindanao.
As the highlight event, the Ginakit Fluvial Competition is expected to draw more participants who will compete for big monetary prizes.
