Winning barangays in the twin contests for Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) and Outstanding Barangay Peace & Order (BPOC) were announced today (October 19) during the regular Monday convocation program of City Hall employees.
For the fourth consecutive year, Barangay Rosary Heights 1 or Piedro Colina has been adjudged again as Outstanding Lupon in the city. Its Punong Barangay, Eliseo Cerdania, received a plaque and P10,000 cash prize from City Mayor Muslimin Sema and DILG City Director Guianodin Abdilah.
The other winners were Rosary Heights 12, Rosary Heights 13 & Rosary Heights 6 which placed first, second and third runners-up, respectively. Plaques and cash prizes were also given.
