High-ranking executives of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) as well Cotabato City officials jointly inaugurated August 6 a Regional Consular Office (RCO) located at the ground floor of the People’s Palace (New City Hall). DFA Assistant Secretary Domingo D. Lucenario, Jr. represented Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo at the event. He was also accompanied by Assistant Secretary Bahnarim A. Guinomla of DFA-Mindanao and Asst. Sec. Renato Villapando, OIC of the Office on Consular Affairs.
