Officials and employees of the City Government of Cotabato received this week P 5,000.00 each as part of the medical and health assistance extended annually by the local government to its workers.
The amount represents half of the P10 thousand-assistance allocated per worker. The remaining amount will be released on December.
735 regular employees and 703 contractuals, including volunteers, were all given bonus.
A total of P 14.38 million was appropriated for the said purpose. The fund came from the IRA differential of the City Government.
