THE Court of Appeals (CA) issued a 60-day temporary restraining order (TRO) for the demolition ordered by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 16 on illegal structures in Barangay Monteverde, Agdao, Davao City.
In his five-page resolution promulgated October 20, CA Associate Justice Edgardo T. Loren resolved the petition filed by the informal settlers of Barangay Soliman, Agdao, through their counsel lawyer Marie Josephine de Vera.
