DAVAO CITY Councilor Paolo "Pulong" Z. Duterte said on Thursday he sponsored 192 resolutions, co-sponsored four resolutions and two ordinances, and has proposed one resolution during the first six months of this year.
This was his reaction, in a text message sent to Sun.Star Davao editors, to an article entitled "177 resolutions, ordinances, passed" written by this writer and published in this paper on the same day.
