THE rainy season isn’t over yet and Davao continues to wake up to gloomy mornings and retire to rainy nights. At the rate that rain is falling, we can expect more floods and more landslides, and worse, river overflows. But then, we have been warned about this. We just were so comfortable in the fact that Davao is far away from the typhoon belt.
