AN ELECTION watchdog in the Autonomous Region in Muslim in Mindanao (Armm) has lauded President Benigno Aquino III for signing into law the House Bill synchronizing the national and Armm elections in May 2013.
But while praising the President, the Citizens Coalition for Armm Electoral Reform (C-Care) came up with a list of “strong suggestions” that government should do in preparation for the midterm polls.
