Banana-cue is indeed a very popular street food here in Gensan. And, the "Oval Plaza Kasagingan" in front of MSU High School used to be the best-known place where one could buy and enjoy banana-cue. But for some reasons, the "Oval Plaza Kasagingan" was demolished. Since then, several "kasagingans" flourish around downtown. And one of these is now becoming more and more popular. The new kasagingan located at Sra. dela Paz st. corner Quirino St. near South Elementary School-where one could choose from a row of banana-cue stalls.
