November 2, 2010 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Government (MoFA) had invited five young men from the Philippines for this year’s Youth Invitational Program. Three of whom were Moros from Mindanao.
The activity is annually programmed by the Japanese government and this year’s was the 7th year batch.
The delegation from the Moro people was composed of Atty. Naguib Sinarimbo, Executive Secretary of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Maguindanao Vice Governor Ishmael “Datu Dustin” Mastura, and Nasser Pulindao from Bangsamoro Center for Empowerment and Governance, Inc. (BCEGI).
