October 27, 2010 - The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) has criticized the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for arresting a 15-year old boy and tagged him and two other minors as behind the bus bombing in Matalam, North Cotabato last October 21 in a bid to earn more “points” in solving a bloody incident quickly.
An MILF political officer based in Kidapawan City, who declined to be named, disclosed to www.luwaran.com/net that those who were “tortured” to let them confess of their participation in the bombing were Piko Tangkulo, a habitual suspect in carnapping, and two other minors only known by their first names, Xiang and Saddam.
