ALABEL, Sarangani (May 13, 2010) – Provincial Board of Canvassers chair Michael Abas raises the hands of Governor Migs Dominguez and Vice Governor Steve Solon as the re-elected governor and vice governor of Sarangani Province, respectively. Dominguez and Solon were proclaimed at the Session Hall of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan at 11:50 p.m. Thursday, May 13.
