December 26, 2009 - Zamboanga City Mayor Celso Lobregat has hit the organizers of the consultation on the peace process held in this city on December 14-15 for haphazard preparation that disallowed even a member of the government peace panel to attend due to the failure to invite him on time.
Former South Cotabato Congressman Adel Antonino, government panel member representing the local government units (LGUs) in Mindanao, was not around during the consultation.
