November 23, 2009 – Australian diplomats composed of His Excellency Stephen Scott, Minister and Deputy Head of Mission of Embassy of Australia in the Philippines, Dr. Rodd Mcgibbon, Assistant Director General – Southeast Asia Branch of the Office of National Assessment, Titon Mitra, Minister Counsellor for Australian Government Aid Program, and Matthew Harrison, Second Secretary of Australian Embassy met with the central leadership of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) on November 21, 2009.
