KIAMBA, Sarangani (November 10, 2009) – Mayor Rom Falgui (standing) with Edgar Guerra, Project Development Officer II (seated, 2nd left); and Edgar Sanoy, Project Evaluation Officer II (seated, 3rd left) encourages the officers and members of the Katubao SEA-Kaunlaran Association. Each of the members received a cash assistance of P5,000 running into the total amount of P125,000 for 25 members on Monday, November 9. This project is from the Department of National Defense and the Department of Social Welfare Development for their livelihood program, through the effort of Mayor Falgui.
