October 23, 2009 - An unidentified assailant shot to death a Moro vendor known only to his friends and neighbors as Kasan. His wife who was seen together with the victim can not give their surname, due to shock and extreme sorrow. He suffered three gunshot wounds where one of them hit his head. This incident took place at few minutes after 7:00 A.M., yesterday at the Public Market of Kabacan, North Cotabato.
