October 21, 2009 – A landmark instrument on resolving conflict, a faith-based dispute resolution method was conceived by the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) and the Gerry Roxas Foundation (GRF) in a peace congress held on October 13, 2009 at Waterfront Hotel, Davato City.The BDA, the development arm of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front for the peace process, with the GRF and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, presented the method during a congress participated in by some 150 BDA’s conflict interveners development catalysts (CIDCs).
