September 5, 2009 - (Cotabato City) – Gabriel Munuera Vinas, head of Political, Economic, Trade and Public Affairs Section of the European Commission (EC) held a dinner meeting with civil society organizations (CSO’s) and some international non-government organizations at the Estosan Garden Hotel in this city last August 31.
With Vinas were Camilla Hagastom, deputy head of the Operations Section and Eva Pasparana.
Highlighted in the meeting was the issue of the security situation and its relation with the ongoing peace process between the government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
