September 1, 2009 - A ranking official of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) has not only described North Cotabato Vice Governor Emmanuel Piñol as a man with a bad mouth but also sporting a distorted brain.“Imagine proposing for a localized conduct of the peace talks with no facilitator or presiding officer,” Khaled Musa, deputy chairman of the MILF committee on information, told www.luwaran.com in an interview today.
“Can they implement what they agree if ever they agree at all?” he further twitted the North Cotabato official.
