August 29, 2009 - (Cotabato City) A group of Moro civil society organizations (CSO’s) launched last August 26 in this city The Mindanao Issues, a newspaper that it intends to publish monthly in partnership with the Mindanao Communications Strategies and Policy Alternatives, Inc. (ComStrat).
The paper aims to serve as an effective bridge in reaching out to the communities who always bear the brunt of the war in Mindanao and whose voices are seldom heard.
