August 15, 2009 – A top leader of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (BIAF – MILF) in the island province of Basilan expressed readiness to fight all-out when attacked by government forces.This was the forthright statement of the commander to Luwaran.Net/Com as fighting erupted again yesterday at 4pm between government forces belonging to the Philippine Marines and Police Special Forces and elements of the Abu Sayyaf Group at Sitio Kurellem, Barangay Silangkum, Tipo-Tipo, Basilan.
