Recently, a member of the royal family of Kuwait and other foreign officials representing big international companies paid a courtesy visit in Sultan Kudarat.
The visiting delegates composed of Sheih Ahmad Al Sabah of the Kuwaiti royal family, Sami Labs Ltd. Sourcing Executive Raliesh Nair, Sabinsa Corporation Vice President Madhu Subramanian, Peregrine Chief Financial Officer Edwin Birkins and Peregrine President Dennis Wright were optimistic of investing in the province, said Office of Muslim Affairs Executive Director Datu Ali B. Sangki.
The visiting foreign nationals have expressed not only desires to invest but also to generate jobs which focuses on ameliorating the condition of the poor families.

While the Peregrine is a knowledge management company chartered to assist, facilitate and augment clients and partner companies in developing opportunities and conducting business transitional and emergent economies around the world.
The intention of the foreign nationals in Mindanao, according to Sangki aims to reach for poor Muslim communities and “spread the blessings of Allah” in the Southern Philippines; thus, making them productive and be able to share in nation-building.
Al Sabah of the Kuwaiti royal family disclosed that they are focusing their investments in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and neighboring provinces including Sultan Kudarat.
With these, Governor Teng Mangudadatu is confident that international investors will be of help in the utilization of the potentials of the province to benefit the constituents.
The Governor also said that investment is a great factor to achieve peace and development.
When there are investments, unemployment will be addressed; when there is job, there is security; and when there is peace, there is a sure development.
The Executive of the province pointed out that increased investment confidence, sustained peace and order condition and more jobs contribute to economic stability.
