July 31, 2009 – The United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) considered the signing of Action Plan with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) a big occasion and milestone.This was the forthright statement of Vanessa Tobin, UNICEF Representative, in her message during the signing ceremony for the Action Plan held yesterday morning at the Office of the MILF Vice Chairman for Political Affairs at Simuay, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao.
