July 30, 2009 – The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the United Nations in the Philippines will sign today an Action Plan on the issue of child soldiers in the armed conflict in Mindanao.The signing ceremony will be held at the office Ghazali Jaafar, Vice Chairman for Political Affairs of the MILF Central Committee at Crossing Simuay, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao.
