July 24, 2009 – Elements of the Scout Rangers of 101st Infantry Brigade of the Philippine Army had abducted and killed certain Alejar Tarapan at Sitio Mangway, Barangay Pintatagan, Banaybanay, Davao Oriental last July 19, 2009.
Alejar, an innocent Moro civilian belonging to the Kalagan and Mansaka ethnic tribe, was chainsaw operator in a farm at Barangay Pintatagan where he also lived.
