July 22, 2009 – Two government soldiers were downed by the sniping attack by the freedom fighters of the Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces – Moro Islamic Liberation Front (BIAF-MILF) yesterday late afternoon.
The two soldiers died on the spot, according to spot report from the commander that supervises the guerilla operations of the MILF fighters who staged the brief sniping attack to the Philippine Army detachment at Barangay Macasampen, Guindulungan, Maguindanao.
