July 8, 2009 - A powerful bomb exploded at Marina St., Jolo, Sulu at around 8:05 in the morning yesterday. Initial report stated three (3) persons were killed and 24 others wounded, including three (3) Muslim policemen assigned in the town of Jolo.
No suspect was yet arrested by the authorities pending their investigation even as Jolo Mayor Hussin Amin placed the town on red alert status following this incident.
