July 6, 2009 – Government law enforcers arrested one suspect in the deadly bomb blast that rocked Cotabato City yesterday morning.
Cotabato City Mayor Datu Muslimin Sema, in an interview with ABS-CBN giant media outfit, identified the suspect as certain Rico Torres Abueva, who was arrested after witnesses identified him as the one who left the package that exploded near small store.
