Few minutes prior to the deadly blast that took placed yesterday morning at Barangay Kitango, Datu Saudi Ampatuan, Maguindanao, two unidentified persons were seen hands away from the exact explosion center.
This was the revelation to luwaran.Com/Net from some civilians, who requested not to be unidentified, who were at the scene of the incident.
In the information they shared, the unidentified persons in civilian clothes appeared very suspiciously when seen by the civilians at the area few minutes before the explosion erupted. They said the two persons moved out from the area and allegedly proceeded to the direction of military detachment stationed nearby. Minutes later, powerful explosion rocked the area.
