Two top brass of the Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front participated the two-day international conference last week in Geneva, Switzerland organized by Geneva Call headed by Elizabeth Decrey Warner.
The conference was the Second Meeting of Signatories to Geneva Call’s Deed of Commitment for Adherence to a Total Ban on Anti-Personnel Mines and for Cooperation in Mines Action last 17-19 June 2009, Geneva, Switzerland. Participants represented the Non-State Actors (NSAs) from all over the world.
