BUTUAN CITY- Authorities of a local hospital here where a woman snatching victim was brought after she was shot four times by robbers who snatched her bag containing an estimated P600-T has pronounced the victim dead due multiple gunshot wounds late afternoon today

The victim was identified by Butuan City Police as Mrs. Emma Cabudlan, a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Amparo this city.

Cabudlan was shot four times using a .45 cal. pistol by one of the four motorcycle riding robbery-snatching suspects in front of Honda Motorcycle Display House located at North Montilla Boulevard corner Andaya Road, Langihan District this city.

But the plot thickens as brother of the victim Barangay Amparo Captain Reynaldo Cabudlan wanted an honest to goodness not full of ningas cogon and for publicity investigation by the Butuan City Police.

Barangay Captain Cabudlan alleged her sister was accompanied by a soldier (his name withheld pending investigation) when her sister went to the bank after which they went to the motorcycle display center.

After the incident, Barangay Captain Cabudlan alleged the soldier disappeared.

The grieving but visibly irked Barangay Captain claimed that the soldier owed their family money. He didn’t disclosed how much.

:”He (the soldier) was even texting me of their whereabouts now he suddenly disappeared, I hope he will surfaced and tell us what really happened”, Barangay Captain Cabudlan said.
