Butuan – To service clients more efficiently and assure a faster processing of clearances, the National Bureau of Investigation Clearance and Renewal Service in Davao was reinstalled to its previous location at the NBI regional office at JP Laurel Avenue, Bajada from Victoria Plaza Mall.
A simple ceremony was held attended by Atty. Reynaldo Esmeralda, NBI Deputy Director for Regional Services and Rafael Garcia III, Chair of the Mega Group of Companies, the retainer of the bureau’s computer systems and operation.
Processing of clearances is from 8 in the morning to 12 noon and 1 to 5 o’clock in the afternoon from Monday to Friday, which is 2 hours earlier compared previously when the operation was still inside the mall.
To address increasing demands of clearance application per day Mega Group of Companies Chairman Rafael Garcia III pledged that their system was designed primarily to allocate processing time at five minutes per client but processing should be in a first come first served basis to assure orderly transaction.
