The indiscriminate artillery shelling by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) fell into civilian concentrations and evacuation camp in villages in Mamasapano, Maguindanao that hit scores of innocent civilians last night.
Three victims were already identified as Sapia Zainal, 10 years old student, Zaid Abas, 20 years old student, and Bayan Tunadzi, 23 years old father. Other victims were still unidentified.
