BUTUAN CITY - Former Butuan City Mayor Figurado Otaza Plaza , Sr., 81, passed away at 4:45 a.m. early dawn today (March 24) in his home at Estacio Village, Butuan City due cardiac arrest and pneumonia, surviving spouse former Butuan City Congresswoman Charito Booc Plaza said.
