Father shot –dead by AFP men in front of children in Maguindanao

At about 7:30am yesterday, Kadtog Sapalon was coming to down from Barangay Sifaran, Satu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao with his three children when illegally apprehended by unidentified elements of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

While he was under detention in the bloody hands of the government soldiers with his children, he was being mauled and physically beaten up by the government soldiers using rifle butts and later on shot to death the government forces in of his three children.
