Two civilian communities in the municipality of Talayan, Maguindanao were heavily bombarded by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), scores of civilian houses were also razed to ground yesterday.
AFP used OV-10 bomber planes, helicopter gunships and artilleries in bombarding barangays Pukol and Pega in Talayan starting morning until afternoon.
Several bombs were unleashed from the AFP air and artillery assets but had not inflicted any casualty to MILF freedom fighters and civilians.
