ALABEL, Sarangani (August 5, 2011) – Congressman Manny Pacquiao and Governor Migs Dominguez atop military armored personnel carriers lead some 3,500 education revolutionists in waging war against poverty Friday, August 5, at the Capitol grounds through “Education Revolution!” dubbed as KKK (Karunungan Kontra Kahirapan) by giving out workbooks to all Grade 1 and Grade 2 pupils in the whole province.
