GLAN, Sarangani (May 31, 2011) – A bus-turned–mobile court rolls out for scheduled arraignments in the municipality of Glan Monday, May 30. The cases heard and tried before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38, have been divided into two, effectively giving the Justice on Wheels its own dockets of cases. JOWS conducts hearings twice a week thereby giving more opportunities for trials and determination of cases. As of December 2010, JOWS has tried and determined 569 cases.
