MALUNGON, Sarangani (May 31, 2011) – Governor Migs Dominguez, Mayor Reynaldo Constantino, Board Member Eleanor Saguiguit and Vice Mayor Benjamin Guilley sign the memorandum of agreement on the deployment of SARPTAS (Sarangani Real Property Tax System) Monday, May 30, after the flag raising ceremony at the municipal hall. SARPTAS is a software developed by in-house programmers of the Governor’s Office through its Information and Communications Technology unit to automate management of assessment records of properties, generation of reports like tax declarations and office collection processor.
