ALABEL, Sarangani (February 19, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon talks to the parents and beneficiaries of 46 wheelchairs during the wheelchair turn-over caravan at Kasfala Hall, Capitol Friday, February 18. This is in partnership with Dole Philippines, Mahintana Charity Foundation, Inc. and the Provincial Government of Sarangani.
